Return Policy


You can return your purchase by sending us an email within 30 days after receiving the item if you aren't satisfied with it. It is sincerely suggested that every customer read the following regulations carefully before purchase:

The delivery guide does not apply to certain selected remote locations as well.

The delivery cost depends on the weight of the product, the origin, the destination, the delivery method and warehouses, and other considerations. Detailed pricing information is visible when checkout.

Return items


1.We accept returns mailed within 30 days from the original purchase date. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2.Returned items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and include all original tags. We do not accept returns of worn, damaged, or altered items.

3.If a return or exchange is needed due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost. If the item has a quality issue and is unusable, we will cover the return or exchange shipping cost.

4.If the customer refuses to accept the order without reason, case-me.com will deny the refund request. If you need to exchange or return an item, please contact our after-sales team at support@case-me.com. We do not accept unreasonable return orders.

5.If the customer selects the wrong model, please contact us at support@case-me.com as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped, we can modify it for you. However, if the order has already been dispatched, case-me.com reserves the right to refuse a refund.

6.Customers must ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and valid. If an order cannot be delivered due to an invalid address, case-me.com will deny the refund request.

7.Please send us your tracking number, pictures of the received item/package, and a detailed description of the issue via email at support@case-me.com. Your request will be processed and confirmed via email within business days, typically within 72 hours.

Our Solutions


We'll give you a full refund or exchange if we're responsible for the issue, e.g. quality problems or items missing.

Once your return is received and inspected your refund or exchange will be processed. Most returns or exchange are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. If you require refund, We’ll issue the refund to your payment account. If you require exchange, we'll send out your new product.

Typically, the refund will be returned to your payment account within 3-5 business days.
